Nurses!

nicu 01Are you endlessly giving? Over extended? Maybe even burned out? Are you overwhelmed by the tremendous need of parents when babies are in neonatal intensive care? Do you get upset when your tiny patients experience setbacks and longer hospital stays? When setbacks occur, you often become the target of anger for frustrated families. Patients' physical needs take precedence over emotional needs. Of course, your own physical and emotional needs often come last, if at all.

HTB for Mothers

Moms:

pregnant massagePregnancy is a stressful time. There are a lot of fears to face. Are you afraid of the pain of childbirth? Do you experience feelings of inadequacy about being a good mom? Are you trying for a natural birth, yet wary that it will fail, and you will have to go through medical procedures? How are you going to hold it all together? Times are crazy, the economy is tough, and stress is worse than it has ever been.

HTB for Grandmothers

grandmaBecoming a grandmother is life-changing. Some women have the story book happily ever after family. Most however do not. Perhaps you want to be more involved but your daughter is holding you at bay. You have so much wisdom to share but they want to do it their own way. Maybe it is a high risk pregnancy and everyone is worried. You might already be in the experience of having a grandchild in the Neonatal Intensive Care, and everyone is feeling helpless and seeking support and solutions.
